Ingredients

Mustard seeds

Asafoetida

turmeric

Curry Leaves

finely chopped green chillies
1/3
tsp
red chilli powder
1/4

cumin pwder

Chopped coriander
salt to taste

Instructions
Heat some oil and add the mustard seeds letting them crackle.
Now add curry leaves and chilli along with turmeric, asafoetida and red chilli powder.
Slightly stir and add the cumin powder and add some water to it.
Add salt and mix.
Now add the idli and mix it well so that it gets coated in tadka.
Put the lid on the pan and let it cook for a minute.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
