peated scotch

tamarind paste
pineapple chunks

simple syrup

Salt

Instructions
Mix pineapple, mint and sugar together in a shaker. Add tamarind paste, salt and whisky.
Add ice and shake vigorously till shaker tins are frosted. Fine strain into a coupe glass and serve.
