In a large bowl, add 2 tbsp of yogurt, 1 tsp of tandoori masala, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of jeera powder, 1/2 tsp of ginger paste, 1/2 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, pinch of red food colouring and salt and mix well
Add the chicken drumstick pieces into this marinade and mix it well making sure the masala coats all parts of the chicken
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees C
Add the chicken pieces into a baking dish brushed with oil
Bake the chicken pieces for 40 minutes or until the chicken pieces are completely cooked
