Ingredients
Red sweet potato 25gm
Capsicum 25gm
Belle pepper yellow 25gm
Belle pepper red 25gm
Pineapples 25gm
Apple- green smith 25gm
Pomegranate seeds 10gm
Malt vinegar 20ml
Honey 10ml
Yoghurt 20gm
Clove 2gm
Card green 2gm
Cinnamon 2gm
Cumin 1gm
Bay leaf 1 no.
Ajwain 5gm
Kalanji 5gm
Rchilly powder 10no
Black salt 10gm
Instructions
Mix all garam masala and grind to a fine powder
Add malt vinegar , honey , anardana powder to the ground masala
Marinate all fruits dices in this mixture, along with yoghurt
Now skewer all fruits and cook in tandoor.
