Scrumptious Burgers!
Use this recipe to make tuna burgers with a Thai twist!
Ingredients

fresh tuna steaks
minced

cup
dry bread crumbs

cup
finely chopped green onions
1/4
cup
grated carrots

tbsp
ginger root
minced

tbsp
Cilantro
chopped

tsp
Sesame oil

tbsp
ketchup
1
tbsp
soy sauce
1/2
tsp
ground cumin
1/4
tsp
Salt
1
egg
beaten
6
hamburger buns
6
lettuce leaves
2
medium tomatoes
sliced
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients aside from the hamburger buns, lettuce leaves and tomatoes together well.
Place the mixture in the fridge for half an hour.
Pre-heat an oven broiler.
Form the tuna mix into six fat patties and cook in the broiler until they are cooked through.
Remove from the broiler and allow them to cool slightly.
Place the patties in the burger buns along with the lettuce and tomatoes and serve.
