Instructions
Crush the ginger and garlic to make a paste
Put the tomatoes in a blender and make a smooth puree.
Cut the paneer into cubes.
On a tawa, melt the butter.
Fry the carom seeds for a few seconds.
Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
Then, add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and capsicum and sauté for three minutes.
Add the powders and sauté for a minute.
Add the tomato puree and salt, stir well and sauté for eight to ten minutes on a low flame until the masala thickens.
Stir in the paneer cubes so the masala is spread across them.
Cook the paneer for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lastly, add the kasuri methi and stir.
Take the paneer off the stove, pour into a serving bowl and garnish with the coriander leaves.
