This easy spicy variation of prawns is perfect for the weekend drinking session

Ingredients

  1. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to a bowl of water and soak the prawns in it for 5-10 minutes
  2. Add the ingredients under the “marinade” section together and mix until it forms a nice paste
  3. Coat the washed prawns with this paste and refrigerate it for a minimum of half hour
  4. Heat a pan and add some oil
  5. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, covered on medium heat
  6. Carefully flip the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  7. Remove from the pan and serve with the wedge of lemon

Make sure not to overcook the prawns as it will turn rubbery
