This easy spicy variation of prawns is perfect for the weekend drinking session

Ingredients

Prawns
peeled and deveined

tbsp
Lemon juice

Oil
For marinade

tsp
chilli powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
1/4
tsp
black pepper powder
1
tsp
fish masala powder
1
tbsp
ginger garlic paste
2
tbsp
Lemon juice
salt to tase
pinch
fenugreek powder
Instructions
Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to a bowl of water and soak the prawns in it for 5-10 minutes
Add the ingredients under the “marinade” section together and mix until it forms a nice paste
Coat the washed prawns with this paste and refrigerate it for a minimum of half hour
Heat a pan and add some oil
Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, covered on medium heat
Carefully flip the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
Remove from the pan and serve with the wedge of lemon
Recipe Notes
Make sure not to overcook the prawns as it will turn rubbery
