Ingredients
For the rice

cup
Basmati rice
4
cups
Water
3
drops oil
salt as required
For the tawa masala

capsicum

tomatoes

onion
chopped
ginger and garlic a paste

Instructions
To cook the rice
Wash the rise well and then soak it for half an hour.
Put the rice in a cooker, and pour the water in.
Add the salt and oil and stir well.
Cook the rice on a medium flame for ten minutes.
Stain the rice and cover it.
To make the masala
In a pressure cooker, steam the carrot, potato and peas.
Once steamed, peel the potatoes and carrot and roughly chop.
Place a wok on a stove and heat.
Fry all the spices with butter, cumin seeds, and lemon juice in the wok for 1 minute.
Add all vegetables, diced and cook until soft.
Then add the cooked rice and stir well until fully mixed, and serve with chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
