Oh So Beefy!
Enjoy some pita pockets stuffed with beef made with Thai flavours!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sauté the beef in a pan over medium heat for five minutes until it browns.
  2. Add the peppers, the garlic and ginger and the pepper flakes.
  3. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Whisk the peanut butter, cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil together.
  5. Add the mixture to the beef and sauté on a low flame for half a minute.
  6. Remove the beef from the stove.
  7. Cut the pitas into halves, slit them and line them with the lettuce.
  8. Fill each pita with the beef, garnish with the green onions and serve.
