Cabbage So Good
Cabbage tastes delicious when made with Thai flavours.
Ingredients

cup
lime juice

tbsp
fish sauce

tbsp
chili paste

tsp
sugar

tsp
peanut oil

tsp
Ginger
peeled and minced
2
cloves
garlic
minced
20
ounes green cabbage
thinly sliced
2
cups
red bell peppers
sliced into strips
1 1/3
cups
carrots
peeled and grated
1/4
cup
Cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Whisk the fresh lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chili paste together.
Heat the oil over medium high heat.
Sauté the ginger and garlic until they begin to emit an aroma.
Stir in the cabbage, the bell pepper and carrots and sauté for two minutes.
Stir in the lime juice mixture and continue sautéing until the cabbage becomes tender.
Take the cabbage off the stove and garnish with the cilantro.
