Juicy Chicken Breasts
A delicious sauce is poured over sauteed chicken breasts for the perfect dish!
Ingredients

gingerroot
grated

garlic

crushed red pepper flakes

boneless
skinless chicken breasts

flour
Salt
pepper to taste

olive oil

tbsp
soy sauce
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
white wine vinegar
1
tsp
fish sauce
Instructions
Mix the gingerroot, garlic and red pepper flakes together.
Sieve salt and pepper as per taste into the flour and coat the chicken in the flour.
Sauté the chicken in the olive oil until browned and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and then sauté the ginger garlic mixture in the same pan.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and fish sauce.
Allow the mixture to boil and then reduce it to simmer.
Stirring constantly, allow the sauce to thicken.
Once it thickens, remove it from the stove and pour it over the chicken.
Serve!
