Basil-ing Chicken
Cubes of chicken tossed with Thai flavours get even more delicious when mixed with basil!
Ingredients

boneless
skinless chicken breasts, chopped into cubes

Asian fish sauce

soy sauce

tbsp
Water
1 1/2
tsp
sugar

tbsp
cooking oil
1
large onion
thinly sliced
1/4
tsp
dried red pepper flakes
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1 1/2
cups
basil leaves
lightly packed
Instructions
Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, water and sugar together and pour it over the chicken.
Heat the oil and sauté the onions for two minutes.
Then, add the garlic and chiles and stir well for thirty seconds.
Add the chicken to the pan and fry for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take the chicken off the stove and add the basil and serve
