Mushrooms, Ginger And Chicken Make A Great Group!
This quick and easy stir fry is a delicious take on chicken.
Ingredients

peanut oil

onion
cut into slivers

garlic

skinless chicken breasts, cubed

soy sauce

tbsp
gingerroot
finely chopped

Mint leaves
chopped

Shiitake mushrooms
sliced

green onions
chopped into 1pieces

rice vinegar

tsp
brown sugar

tbsp
fish sauce
Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, fish sauce and brown sugar.
Sauté the onions, garlic and chicken in hot oil for three minutes.
Mix in the soy sauce, ginger, mint leaves, mushrooms, green onions and chilies and sauté for another five minutes.
Whisk the vinegar, brown sauce and sugar mixture into the stir fry and take it off the heat.
Serve hot!
