Thai Drunken Noodles Recipe
Spicy wok fried flat noodles in fish and soy sauce.

Instructions
  1. Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite, stirring frequently. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and Thai chilies; sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken, fish sauce, black soy sauce, and light soy sauce. Sauté until chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes.
  5. Add noodles, tomatoes, and Anaheim chilies; toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with basil leaves, and serve.
