Chicken and Mangoes Do A Dance!
Use this recipe to make a delicious pizza for one with chicken and mangoes.

peanut butter

Thai chili garlic sauce

unsweetened coconut milk

prepared pizza crust
uncooked
1 1/2
cups
cooked chicken
1
mango
peeled, pitted and cut into thin slices

cup
mozzarella cheese
grated
1/2
cup
bean sprouts
1/4
cup
fresh mint leaves
2
tbsp
dry roasted peanuts
chopped
1
lime
sliced into 4 pieces
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Whisk the peanut butter, chili garlic sauce and coconut milk together.
Spread the pizza crust with the sauce and top it with the chicken and mango.
Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza.
Bake for 12 minute until the cheese melts.
Take the pizza out of the oven and top it with the bean sprouts, mint and nuts.
Serve with the lime and enjoy!
