Porky Good!
Delicious pork chops marinaded in Thai sauce over sesame noodles!
Ingredients
For the pork chops

soy sauce

boneless thin cut pork chops
For the noodles

pound
thin spaghetti
1
pound
Asian rice noodles
1/2
cup
green onions
sliced

tbsp
Sesame oil
1/2
tsp
Salt

tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

tbsp
peanut oil
1
cup
snow peas
cleaned and sliced into half
1
cup
shredded carrot
Instructions
Whisk the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and corn starch together well.
Pour the mixture into a re-sealable plastic bag and add the pork to it.
Shake the bag to coat the pork and refrigerate it overnight.
Cook and drain the noodles.
Mix the green onions, sesame oil, salt and pepper flakes into the noodles.
In the peanut oil, fry the snow peas and carrots for five minutes.
Add a little more peanut oil to the pan and fry the pork chops for three minutes on each side.
Stir the vegetables back into the pork fry and toss.
Take the pork off the heat and pour the pork and vegetables over the noodles.
Serve and enjoy!
