Bell peppers, thin slivers

Kabocha squash

Instructions
Season the meat with salt and pepper and let it rest for 15min. Prepare garlic, onion, and peppers. For the squash, wash the outside if you keep it in
Use a big pot for meat, top frothy part of coconut cream, vegetables and curry paste to brown. Pour in rest of cream and cover pot for 20min on medium
Taste and see if a 1/2 tsp of fish sauce is needed. Serve with rice since it will be spicy, creamy and salty!
