A Thai Treat!
This unique Thai dessert is the perfect end to a Thai meal.
Ingredients

red rice

long grain white rice

brown sugar

rose water

ground cardamom

cups
Milk
1
can coconut milk
1/2
cup
half and half
1
tbsp
lemon zest
2
tbsp
pistachio nuts
ground
Instructions
Mix the rices, sugar, salt, water and milk together and place the mixture over a stove.
Allow the mix to begin to boil and then lower the flame so it is simmering.
Let it simmer until half the liquid evaporates (30-40 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Pour in the rose water, the coconut milk and the ground cardamom.
Stir well and then allow the mixture to continue simmering.
Allow it to simmer for another half an hour and then stir in the lemon zest and the half and half.
Keep the mixture on simmer and stir until it becomes creamy.
Take the pudding of the stove and pour it into a serving bowl.
