Greens and Chicken
This delicious asparagus, chicken and noodles stir fry is a wholesome treat!

  1. Soak the noodles in hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Warm the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic.
  3. Once the garlic begins to brown, add the chicken and the fish sauce.
  4. Sauté the chicken until it’s cooked.
  5. Add the soy sauce, chili pepper sauce and brown sugar and fry for a minute.
  6. Add the noodles (drained) to the skillet and then add the asparagus.
  7. Sauté the stir fry until the noodles are cooked.
  8. Serve!
