Garlicky Broccoli!
Make a quick, healthy broccoli stir fry with this recipe.
Ingredients

fish sauce
2
tsp
sugar
1
pound
broccoli florets
2
tbsp
Oil
4
large garlic cloves
chopped
Instructions
Whisk the sugar into the fish sauce.
Boil the broccoli for three minutes.
Drain the broccoli.
Warm the oil over medium heat in a wok and fry the garlic for three to four minutes.
Seep the oil out of the garlic using a paper towel.
Add the fish sauce to the remaining oil and sauté the broccoli in it for a few minutes.
Place the broccoli in a serving dish and top with the garlic.
Serve!
