This fiery Thai sauce is the perfect dip for a range of finger foods!
Ingredients

garlic cloves
peeled and chopped

red peppers (jalapenos
Serranos or cayennes)

sugar

Water

Vinegar

Salt

corn starch

tbsp
Water
Instructions
Blend the garlic, red peppers, sugar, water, vinegar and salt in a food processor.
Put this puree in a saucepan and allow the mixture to boil.
Once it boils, turn the heat down and allow it to simmer for three minutes.
Add a little water to the corn-starch until it becomes watery.
Stir in the pureed mixture.
Boil this mixture for a minute, and then take it off the stove.
Allow the mixture to cool and then store in a fridge.
