  1. Blend the garlic, red peppers, sugar, water, vinegar and salt in a food processor.
  2. Put this puree in a saucepan and allow the mixture to boil.
  3. Once it boils, turn the heat down and allow it to simmer for three minutes.
  4. Add a little water to the corn-starch until it becomes watery.
  5. Stir in the pureed mixture.
  6. Boil this mixture for a minute, and then take it off the stove.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool and then store in a fridge.
