Instructions
Begin prepping for the scones by putting the oven on preheat at 400F.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl till well combined.
Now stir in the butter.
Take the egg and milk in a separate bowl and mix till combined.
Incorporate this egg mix into the flour and then knead the dough.
Sprinkle flour on the working surface and spread the dough.
Cut up the dough into eight wedges and put them on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins or till the scones are golden brown.
