Milk

unsalted butter
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Beat the eggs, milk and salt in a bowl till fluffy.
Melt butter in a skillet and once it foams up, add the eggs and cook.
Keep stirring the eggs continuously till they resemble fluffy clouds which takes about three minutes.
Remove the eggs on a serving plate and sprinkle pepper as desired.
