Honey Biscuits Recipe
Delicious, honey filled biscuits.
Ingredients

plain flour
100
grams
butter
50
grams
sugar
Set honey
Instructions
Preheat an oven to gas mark 3.
Whisk the butter and sugar together until soft.
Fold in the flour until you have a thick dough.
Knead well and then roll out.
Line a pudding tray with it and then add 3/4 tbsp set honey to each pudding compartment.
Top with shortbread lids and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and then remove from the tin.
Serve warm.
