Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil
1
finely diced onion
2
peeled and diced turnips
1
potato peeled and diced
2 1/2
cups
vegetable stock
1
cup
Water
1
pinch
dried rosemary
1
pinch
nutmeg
sea salt to taste
white pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the oil and saute the onions in it.
Once the onions are translucent, add the turnips and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add the potato, rosemary, stock and water.
Bring the soup to a boil and then lower the flame and let it simmer.
Once the vegetables are cooked, let the soup cool down and then blend it.
Put the soup back on the flame and season it with sea salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve warm.
