Ingredients

almond flour

confectioners’ sugar
1
tbsp
lemon zest
almonds for garnish
Instructions
Brush some butter on the cake pan and line it with parchment.
Now put the oven on preheat at 350˚F as you make the batter.
For the batter stir the egg yolks and sugar.
Beat them together till fluffy.
To this add the flour and lemon zest stirring them in till well combined.
Take the eggs whites in another bowl and beat them as well.
Once you see peaks, begin adding this creamy mixture to the batter little by little incorporating it.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for half an hour or till done.
Cool the cake a little before removing from the mould.
Garnish with almonds and serve.
