beef brisket

yellow mustard

brown sugar
3/4

paprika

chipotle chili powder

black pepper

garlic powder

Salt

onion powder

tbsp
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat the smoker at 205 degree Fahrenheit.
Mix all the dry ingredients to make the spice rub.
Trim the fat on the beef and the coat the meat on both sides with the mustard.
Now cover the meat with the rub.
Put the brisket in the smoker and cook till the meat is at the temperature of 185 to 195 degree Fahrenheit internally.
Let the meat rest for at least half an hour before serving.
