The Original Mojito
Ingredients
Sparkling Water or Club Soda

Mint leaves

freshly squeezed lime juice

teaspoons
heapedof castor sugar
crushed ice

ml
Bacardi Superior Rum
most popular choices are Puertorican Bacardi or Cuban Havana
Instructions
Slap the mint leaves a bit to release the flavor.
Rub them around the edges of a tall glass. Tear them and drop them in.
Pour some lime juice, add some caster sugar.
Half-fill the glass with crushed ice.
Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the rum, a splash of soda and swizzle with the teaspoon to distribute mint.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
