pork rib chops

paprika

garlic powder

onion powder

ground cumin
1
tsp
ground mustard

tsp
ground pepper
Instructions
To make the brine, mix salt, sugar and water in a large pot and cook on medium heat till dissolved.
Bring the brine to a room temperature by adding the ice water.
Put the pork in a large zip lock bag and add the brine.
Seal the bag, turn it so that the pork chops are coated with the brine. Now refrigerate this for 8-12 hours.
Take out the bag, remove the pork chops and throw away the bring.
Rinse and dry the pork chops and then coat them with oil.
Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, mustard and pepper to a bowl and mix well.
Use the dry ingredients as a rub for the pork and coat the chops evenly with it.
Leave the pork aside for 30 minutes.
Heat up the grill and coat it with oil.
Grill the pork chops on each side for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Let the pork sit aside for 5 minutes before serving.
