Spaghetti Fun
Some wormy spaghetti to tease your palate?
Ingredients
for the sauce

tbsp
olive oil
1
onion
chopped
2
stalks celery
chopped
1
clove
garlic
crushed

ounces
plum tomatoes

tbsp
tomato paste
1
tbsp
chopped parsley
1
Bay Leaf
1
tbsp
sugar
2
carrots
grated
salt and pepper
For the spaghetti
2
ounces
fusilli
2
ounces
spinach spaghetti
4
ounces
regular spaghetti
6
ounces
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat two tablespoons of the oil and sauté the onion, celery and garlic over low heat.
Stir in all the remaining ingredients for the sauce, aside from the carrots.
Allow the sauce to boil and then turn it down to simmer.
Allow it to simmer for half an hour.
In a blender, puree the sauce until it liquidifies.
Cook the fusilli and spaghetti in boiling water until soft.
Stir the grated carrots into the sauce and heat it.
Pour the sauce over the spaghetti, top with cheese, serve and enjoy.
