Ingredients

lobster tails

dijon mustard

chopped terragon

Lemon juice

Instructions
Boil water in a deep pan and add the lobster tails.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or till the meat is cooked.
Keep the lobsters aside for cooling and once done, chop up the meat into bite-sized portions.
Toss the lobster meat with the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl.
Serve the salad with the choice of nuts that you prefer.
