If you’re not a tofu addict at the end of this, we’ll give you more tofu.

For the Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Drain tofu and place between two thick towels.Then place a plate or bowl on top and top it with something heavy like skillet.
  3. Let it dry for about 15 minutes- change your towels if they get too wet.
  4. Once dry, chop into roughly 1-inch cubes.
  5. Arrange tofu on parchment-lined baking sheet to prevent sticking and bake for a total of 25-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven set it out to dry while you prep vegetables.
  7. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients.
  8. To a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil.
  9. Add vegetables and toss to coat.
  10. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
  11. Add the sauce and stir for one minute.
  12. Add the tofu and stir to coat.
  13. Cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
  14. Serve hot.
