Pasta gets shrimpy
A fresh and healthy variation of a traditional Shrimp Pasta

Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. Add the pasta and cook until al-dente
  3. Add garlic, onion and oregano into a mixer and grind it until its finely chopped
  4. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat
  5. Add the onion mixture and cook until the onions turn golden
  6. Add the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper
  7. Cook for about 5-6 minutes
  8. Add spinach and cook until it wilts
  9. Stir in the prawns and cook until the prawns gets coated with the mixture
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Place the pasta in a bowl and toss it with the mixture
  12. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve
