Pasta gets shrimpy
A fresh and healthy variation of a traditional Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
250
grams
of fettuccine or any other pasta of your choice
3
cloves
of garlic
1/2
onion
3
tbsp
of fresh oregano leaves

tbsp
of Oil
4
medium tomatoes chopped
3
tbsp
of fresh basil
1
cup
of spinach leaves
500
grams
of cooked prawns
200
grams
of cheese
Instructions
Boil a large pot of salted water.
Add the pasta and cook until al-dente
Add garlic, onion and oregano into a mixer and grind it until its finely chopped
Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat
Add the onion mixture and cook until the onions turn golden
Add the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper
Cook for about 5-6 minutes
Add spinach and cook until it wilts
Stir in the prawns and cook until the prawns gets coated with the mixture
Remove from heat
Place the pasta in a bowl and toss it with the mixture
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve
