Ingredients

of butter

of minced garlic

medium onion
finely chopped

tbsp
of all-purpose flour

cans of chicken broth

of half-and-half

of cream of chicken soup

of prepared salsa

boneless
skinless chicken breasts (shredded)

of black beans

of kidney beans

of tortilla chips

of cheddar cheese

Instructions
In a large pot, melt the butter and add the onions and garlic.
Saute the onions until its softened
Add the flour and cook until the raw flavour of the flour disappears
Add the broth and half-and-half
Add the cream of chicken soup, salsa, shredded chicken, beans, corn and cumin.
Turn down the heat and simmer for around 15 minutes
To serve, add the tortilla soups in a bowl and pour the soup on top of the chips.
Sprinkle with cheese and a dollop of sour cream and serve
