Instructions
Whisk one spoon of olive oil along with water and eggs till well blended.
In another bowl, mix flour and salt making a well in the middle.
Pour the egg mixture in the well, stir and combine to form a dough.
Knead the dough on a work surface till its smooth and then wrap it in a cling film.
In a medium saucepan, heat some oil and let garlic and onion simmer till the onion softens.
Add mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes and cool it down once ready.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese till gets a soft and smooth texture.
Add the mushroom to the cheese once it has completely cooled down along with parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, chives, parsley, cayenne pepper and mix.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Roll the pasta dough and make raviolis using the mixture.
Cook the raviolis in salted, boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Melt butter in another pan, add chives and brown it slightly.
Pour the butter on the raviolis.
