Ingredients

semisweet chocolate chips

grated and sweetened coconut

semisweet chocolate

cup
heavy cream
1/4
cup
coconut milk

tbsp
confectioners’ sugar

kosher salt
Instructions
Keep the oven on preheat at 375°F and meanwhile melt the butter along with the chocolate on a medium flame.
Once the mixture turns smooth, let it cool for about 10 mins and then mix in the eggs, sugar, and cocoa till well combined.
Line the cupcake moulds and fill one-third of them with the batter.
Bake for about half an hour and check with a toothpick if it has been cooked on the inside.
Cool the cupcakes down and in the meantime, make the frosting by beating the cream, coconut milk, sugar and salt together.
Cover the top of the cupcakes with frosting once they have cooled down and sprinkle the coconut and almonds on top.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and drizzle that as well on the cupcakes.
