Instructions
  1. In a bowl, beat egg, add softened butter, baking powder, sugar and combine together
  2. In a wide non-stick skillet pan, melt butter and brown sugar
  3. Lay down the pineapple slices over the caramelized mixture. Insert a cherry in between every pineapple slice
  4. Fold in refined flour to the wet ingredients bowl
  5. Spread this mixture over the pineapple slices
  6. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or till skewer comes out clean
  7. Turn the pan over a cake board / serving dish
  8. Serve when chilled
