Kerala Mussels Recipe
Delicious, spicy Kerala mussels.

Instructions
  1. Grind the shallots, red chili powder and garlic into a fine paste.
  2. Sauté the onion, ginger and curry leaves in hot oil.
  3. Stir in salt.
  4. Stir in the paste and then the tomatoes.
  5. Add the mussels and sauté.
  6. Add a little water and cook until the mussels are soft.
  7. Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
