Kerala Mussels Recipe
Delicious, spicy Kerala mussels.

Shallots

red chili powder

Curry Leaves

strand coriander leaves
Instructions
Grind the shallots, red chili powder and garlic into a fine paste.
Sauté the onion, ginger and curry leaves in hot oil.
Stir in salt.
Stir in the paste and then the tomatoes.
Add the mussels and sauté.
Add a little water and cook until the mussels are soft.
Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
