Instructions
  1. Clean and dice the vegetables into cubes.
  2. Now, add 1/2 cup water to the vegetables and add them to the pressure cooker.
  3. Now add slit green chillies, turmeric powder and pepper powder and pressure cook them for two whisteles.
  4. Once the pressure is released, transfer the cooked vegetables into a vessel, add salt to taste and allow to boil for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl add all the curds. Now whisk well.
  6. Then add to the vegetables
  7. Let it simmer till the curry froths up.
  8. Turn the flame off. Drizzle coconut oil and add a few curry leaves.
