Ingredients
For veggie mixture

medium or ⅔boiled potato
peeled and mashed

¼onion
finely chopped
cup
¼tomato
finely chopped

¼cucumber
finely chopped

¼capsicum
finely chopped

green chili
chopped finely

Cilantro or coriander leaves
finely chopped
salt to taste

½Sandwich masala

Green Coriander chutney

Sandwich bread slices
Butter spread as required

Substitute for sandwich masala

¼garam masala

chaat masala
tsp
¼black salt
tsp
¼amchur powder
Instructions
Take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add all the chopped veggies to it. Mix well.
Add salt and sandwich masala.
Also add green chutney and ketchup. Stir well.
Take bread slices.
Apply butter on it.
Take cheese slice (or any other form of cheese) and put on the bread.
Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of veggie mixture on the one bread slice.
Close the sandwich with another bread slice and toast/grill the sandwich in and electric toaster.
Toast till it gets crispy and golden brown.
Serve with chutney or ketchup.
