Instructions
Heat the butter and sauté the onions along with the cashew nuts.
Once the onions begin to brown, remove them and continue to roast the cashew nuts until they become aromatic.
Allow the onions and cashew nuts to cool and then grind them together with the green chilies, garlic, ginger and water.
Heat half a tablespoon of oil and sauté the tomato puree for 2-3 minutes.
Lower the flame and stir in the butter.
Add the spice powders and mix well.
Stir in the prepared onion and chili paste.
Stir in the vegetables, aside from the paneer.
Lower the flame and allow the vegetables to cook for five minutes stirring occasionally.
Stir in the paneer and fresh cream.
Simmer the handi for two more minutes and add the lime.
Stir once, take off the stove and serve.
