Ingredients

Macaroni Pasta
1/2
cup
carrots
finely chopped
2
tsp
Lemon juice
1
tbsp
red chilli powder
Salt
as per taste
4-5
tsp
Oil
2-3
tbsp
Tomato sauce

Mustard seeds
Curry Leaves
few
asafoetida powder
a pinch
coriander leaves

Instructions
Heat a pan of salted water over medium flame.
Add the macaroni pasta and cook until aldente.
Drain well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida powder for 30 seconds.
Add the carrots, macaroni, tomato sauce, red chilli powder and stir well.
Cook for a minute or two.
Remove from flame and add lemon juice.
Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve at once.
