Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix (Veg)
225
ml
Water
3
potatoes
boiled
1
lime juice
Salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
coriander

cups
rava
(semolina)
Oil
for shallow frying
Kissan Tomato Ketchup
for serving
Instructions
Pour 1½ cups (225ml) of water in a Pan. Bring to boil.
Add entire contents of Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix pack into the boiling water & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the product thickens.
Mash 3 boiled potatoes
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, coriander to the potatoes
Make 8-10 round balls of equal size
Stuff the product mixture in the centre of the potato ball, close the opening, coat with rava and shallow fry on tawa
Serve hot with Kissan tomato ketchup.
