Instructions
  1. Steam or boil veggies until just done. Drain any excess moisture and mash them well.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, salt, ginger, garam masala, and chilies to the veggies and mix everything well into a non-sticky dough.
  3. Make 13 to 14 patties and set aside.
  4. Make a slightly thin batter of besan or rice flour. Dip each patty in the batter on both the sides.
  5. Place them on the breadcrumbs. Place them aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Heat oil for shallow frying and fry them on both the side until golden.
  7. Serve with chutney.
