  1. Grind the ‘to grind’ ingredients into a smooth paste.
  2. In a pot, cook the cucumber in a little salt seasoned water until soft.
  3. Then, stir in the paste, and cook on a low flame for three minutes.
  4. Remove the cucumber from the flame and allow it to cool.
  5. Once cooled, stir in the curd.
  6. Then, heat the coconut oil and fry the mustard seeds red chilies and curry leaves.
  7. Saute for a minute.
  8. Remove from pan and pour over the cucumber.
  9. Serve!
