Ingredients

graham crackers

½flaked coconut
toasted

½whole milk

unsweetened chocolate

Instructions
Preheat oven 375.
Combine coconut and graham crackers in food processor until till coarse crumbs form.
Mix together the crumbs and butter with a fork.
Press to bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Let the piecrust cool down completely.
Heat marshmallows and milk in a saucepan over low until smooth stirring constantly. Remove saucepan from heat and allow it to cool.
In a large bowl beat cream till stiff peaks form.
Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream with grated chocolate.
Spoon out the filling into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Top off with marshmallows and colored sprinkles.
Serve!
