  1. Combine the green peas, coriander leaves and green chillies and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add this to the mashed potatoes and mix well to a uniform paste.
  3. Add the cornflour and salt and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll out into small round flat tikkis.
  5. Heat the ghee in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with Wasabi Dip and sliced onions.
