Ingredients
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Green Cardamom – 3
Sugar – ¼ cup
Water as needed
Instructions
Put sugar and cardamom seeds in mixer jar then grind to fine powder.
Mix all ingredients well except powdered sugar to make soft dough. Then cover it & leave it for ½ an hour.
Take a small piece, sprinkle flour and using roller make round shape.
Then cut in to diamond shapes. Make petal shape by drag and roll of the tip
Heat oil in a pan then deep fry. Once deep fried immediately put in powdered sugar.
Cool it and put in airtight container use within 2 days.
