  1. Take a large sieve and sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt through it.
  2. In another bowl, mix water and oil together and in the center of the flour mixture pour this oil mixture and stir till blended and lumpy.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and put one-third of the batter and spread it just a little to give a pancake shape.
  4. Let it cook till the edges are dry and the surface is bubbling.
  5. Flip and cook on the other side and make more pancakes using the remaining batter.
