Yauatcha’s Black River Martini Recipe
Yauatcha’s Chef Wang Yixuan stirs up a heady storm with this Black River Martini that boasts of a delicious apricot liqueur, blackberry puree, lime juice, apple juice, and egg white spiked with some scotch and Drambuie.
